During our time working with participants of the NDIS, primarily the deaf community, clients regularly expressed the need to increase their knowledge and understanding of managing their finances. Over the years it become evident that there was no specialised services to fill this gap. As a result we undertook further studies and formed BLD Capacity to offer financial Budgeting, Literacy and Development.

Our qualifications include:

• Certificate of Financial Capability / Financial Literacy

• Certificate of Advocacy

• Diploma of Auslan (L.O.T.E)

• Diploma of Interpreting (Auslan~English)
